Rev. Liv Gibbons
Pastor
The Reverend Liv Gibbons joined Ebbert as our pastor in July of 2022. Liv was ordained in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in 2011 and is a graduate of Grinnell College and the University of Chicago Divinity School. Liv has a passion for preaching that is centered in the Word, for the joy and vitality of Christian faith, and the call to co-create healthy communities alongside God and neighbor.
Liv was born and raised in Eugene and is very happy to be back in the Willamette Valley after many years away. Liv and her husband Elijah recently celebrated 15 years of marriage, and they share three young children. Many pastors will name a favorite team or sports at this point in their bio, but Liv falls short in this category — she would, however, love to hear about your favorite team (and your own life story) over coffee.
