Pastor Dave Raines has been a local-church pastor for twenty years, three of them in Springfield (at Ebbert and at St. Paul Center United Methodist Churches). His job is to talk with people about Jesus and to help them grow spiritually. He is married to Kathy, another UMC pastor, and has two children. His e-mail address: RainesDave@msn.com.
Administrative Assistant Rose Mary Shrode has been at Ebbert forever and knows everybody. She tries to keep Dave on track.
Youth Director Polly Kohl not only leads our youth program, but has three of her own children in the group. Luckily she has much energy and a big heart.
Music Director Royce Osborne taught choir in the Springfield Public Schools, among other places. He is now retired and brings his gifts to our excellent sanctuary choir.
Organist Hung-Yun Chu has a doctorate in keyboard performance from the University of Oregon and plays both piano and organ for us. She is very good.
