Restructuring. In order to free up time so people can concentrate on nurturing their own spirit and inviting others into the Christian journey, we propose restructuring the church administrative structure.

The restructuring as explained seems a good directiion to me Thank you Lay Leadership Committee for having these good ideas and for being willing to take risks. Change is difficult for some people but for me it produces new interest and energy. This is a good thing since my life in 2009 has changed so much and may change again.
